You decide whether you would like to proceed with the repair. If so we will endeavour to give you an estimate of the timescale involved - please remember that some parts can take longer periods of time than others to order - if you request is very urgent please make this clear to the sales staff. If you do not wish to go ahead with the repair you will incur no extra costs beyond the agreed evaluation fee, and any shipping charges.
Once the repair has been carried out we will arrange to get the computer back to you by the method agreed.
